Before you start scrolling through these photos, please ignore the rip in my tights! I put my nail through them before I started shooting and these were my only pair of 20 denier tights, first world problems.

After completing my first week of training at my new job I have felt completely exhausted, I don't really understand why either. I don't know whether it's because I'm still adjusting to going back to work or trying to absorb all the new information but I have been out like a light. The only thing that's been keeping me going is having Oli round every night, is there any better feeling than waking up to your partner? And the added bonus of having him here is that he could actually be my photographer! Instead of having to spend an hour trying to get my camera to co-operate on auto-timer, this was over and done with in 5 minutes. He didn't do a bad job either for his first time.
(Obviously because Oli was taking the photos I had to show some cheek, gotta' keep your man happy when he does nice things for you)
The dress I'm wearing was from missguided, but looked like a completely different dress prior to me hacking away at it with scissors. Being 5ft 2" is a struggle, it makes me sad how little option us petite ladies have, I've ended up having to cut up most of my clothes because they're just too big. I've also just realised mid blog post that neither my dress nor my fur coat (from Matalan) are available on the internet, but my Topshop Cactus Micro Knee Boots and Topshop Sicily Asymmetric Hobo Bag are both still out there!
Final note that I probably should've started with due to the title of my blog post - THE NEW VOGUE IS OUT! Edward Enninful has done an incredible job for his debut issue. Just from looking at the cover you can see the range of diversity mixed into this 300+ page bible. It's so refreshing to see that REAL issues are being discussed and it's not the same 5 models fronting every campaign, and the added bonus of having a pop-out page of stickers that you can dress the models throughout the pages in. Every single element of the new Vogue is everything I hoped for prior to buying it. I'd highly recommend picking up a copy if you haven't already!
