Burberry Oxblood

I don't think I love anything more than bold red lipstick, there's just something about wearing it that's so empowering, I'm not sure if that's just me being weird or if other people feel it too, it's also a statement look for the winter season, and I think it will be for the foreseeable future.
I used to be faithful to Smashbox when it came to lipsticks, I loved the variety of shades and how they looked and sat with my lips, always stayed on during heavy nights out and because they're so compact they sat nicely in my purse, but as I'm trying to be the "new me"  I thought I'd be brave and branch out and try a different brand, and after lots of searching and stumbling across Iris Law's Instagram I fell in love with Burberry's Oxblood shade, and to my shock and surprise it was around the same price range as Smashbox, to add to the delight there was free next day delivery and the option to gift wrap it for free (thought I might as well treat myself if it's free), and I'm so sad that I can't show you how it came, but from Burberry you can assume the quality was always going to be good.

This lipstick has lived up to all my expectations, its perfect for leaving kiss marks on my boyfriends face and whilst on has next to no bleeding, it was worth the investment at only £25, there is also a matching lip liner available that I'm sure would compliment the shade further, when I invest I will definitely compare the difference the lip liner makes.
It's not only a beautiful shade, Burberry have gone above and beyond by introducing a magnetic lid, never again will you find your lipstick has gone everywhere and covered the entire contents of your bag.
10/10 would recommend this shade, and I will definitely be buying more Burberry beauty products from here, don't be afraid to branch out from your usual make up brands! It's definitely worth the risk.
