LFW DAY 3: GEORGIA HARDINGE, YII, VINTI ANDREWS & NIRO WANG

Georgia Hardinge
Georgia's collection was probably my favourite throughout LFW, it was a pleated heaven. Her inspiration for this collection was zodiac signs, as you can see from the scorpion that has been laser cut into one of the cropped tops. The colours were beautiful as well, the simplicity of nudes, white, black, and the occasional splash of blood red or bright yellow, EVERYTHING WAS JUST SO PLEASING I AM SO IN LOVE WITH THIS COLLECTION.

LFW DAY 2: JUDY WU, MIN WU & DANIELA BARROS

Judy Wu
Unfortunately, my camera decided to break during Judy Wu's show, it refused to turn on so I ended up actually capturing very few items, so I'm just going to have to get you to visualise the collection. Judy's SS16 collection was all about exploring femininity, with a mixture of chiffon and organza, all frayed around the edges, she's displaying how women are both delicate, but strong.

The collection started in all white, then eventually faded into bold bright colours and shiny metallics. The collection ranged from slouchy jumpers to beautiful night dresses, it was the perfect combination of ready to wear clothing with a hint of Wu's artistic talent, that gave it that extra something to make the collection special.

LFW DAY 1: EDELINE LEE & BORA AKSU

Edeline Lee
Edeline Lee's collection was inspired by artist Richard Diebenkorn, and the way he worked with colour and composition. Edeline's colour palette consisted of mint greens, lime yellows, and lots of white. All of which perfectly complimented each other. It was a very fruity and playful collection with panels of colour, for some reason it also reminded me of the opening sequence of saved by the bell, I think those coconut water and vodkas were probably just getting to my head. My absolute favourite piece of the collection was the mint green maxi dress, I loved the colour and the simple design it's definitely something I'd want in my wardrobe.

Vielma London SS16 Presentation

These past two days have been absolutely crazy, it has quite literally been nonstop! It's now 5:30am, and this is probably the only time I'm actually going to be able to sit down and blog until Wednesday, BUT I HAVE SO MUCH STUFF TO SHOW YOU!!

Anyway, I thought I'd start off the LFW posts with this beautiful collection from Vielma London. This collection was inspired by Vegas in the 50's, and the back drop was matching a retro motel room, it complimented the clothes very well. I am in love with the vegas vibe with a modern twist. Also if you can't tell, I LOVED THE SHOES, the shoes perfectly accompanied the clothes, you couldn't have asked for more really!

I NEED TO GO AND GET READY BUT I'LL SEE YA'LL ON THE FLIP SIDE!

STYLE INSPIRATION: INDIA ROSE

India Rose, a creative director, digital consultant and stylist from London, the founder of india-rose.co, and the owner of a flawless Instagram feed has recently captivated me with her style, and her entire aesthetic.

Her style is very urban but sophisticated  at the same time, when you look at her you feel like you're looking at a designers digital marketing campaign, her work is so professionally done, all the outfits are well thought out, along with the location and the camera positioning, everything just meshes together perfectly.
