Inspiration: Alicia Roddy

After accidentally coming across Alicia on Instagram's "discover people" page, we quickly  fell in love with her outfits, which consisted of culottes and white over-sized shirts, she just has a way of making it work.

PINK ON BLACK

I feel like I've finally recovered and caught up on all my lost sleep from LFW, so it was about time I got back behind the camera! I think the last time I actually did personal style was for Vogue Festival, and its crazy how much my style has changed since then. Some great things have also happened, I've had meetings with people who can potentially help me get my dream job (which is in fashion marketing), I'm doing my internship, and I just got a new car! These past few weeks have been crazy but exhausting.

Louis Vuitton Series 3 Exhibiton

The Louis Vuitton Series 3 Exhibition was such an incredible experience, taking guests through the journey of the 2015 fall collection.

It was such an immersive experience, every room you went into you were surrounded by mirrors or huge screens, it's honestly like nothing I've ever been to before. They had this one room that had double sided screens showing the runway looks from the fall collection on repeat and you kind of felt like you were in a mirror maze, everywhere you looked, looked endless.

I had two favourite parts of the experience that were highlights for me, the first was an up close and personal look of how the LV Petite Malle bag is constructed and how much care and time went into the process of making it, the second was this completely white room that had showcased iconic LV bags, it was quite literally dreamy. If you have the opportunity to go, please do it, it's completely free and you don't even have to book online!

LFW DAY 5: RYAN LO

Ryan Lo
You may have noticed that there's no day 4 of my LFW entries, and that's because I was actually at my internship training with Vernez! But anyway, after an amazing but incredibly exhausting week, it came to an end in a fairytale dream. With frills, bows, and lots of pink, Ryan's SS16 collection made you feel like you were part of a high fashion Disney princess film, matched with exclusive Sophia Webster shoes made especially for the collection to top it all off. It was the best way to end LFW this season. I'd also like to say a MASSIVE thank you for all of those who have followed me on this crazy journey over the past year, I would not be where I am now without those of you who read my blog, YOU'RE AMAZING AND THANK YOU VERY MUCH, YOU'RE HELPING ME REACH MY DREAMS!!!

LFW DAY 3: GEORGIA HARDINGE, YII, VINTI ANDREWS & NIRO WANG

Georgia Hardinge
Georgia's collection was probably my favourite throughout LFW, it was a pleated heaven. Her inspiration for this collection was zodiac signs, as you can see from the scorpion that has been laser cut into one of the cropped tops. The colours were beautiful as well, the simplicity of nudes, white, black, and the occasional splash of blood red or bright yellow, EVERYTHING WAS JUST SO PLEASING I AM SO IN LOVE WITH THIS COLLECTION.

LFW DAY 2: JUDY WU, MIN WU & DANIELA BARROS

Judy Wu
Unfortunately, my camera decided to break during Judy Wu's show, it refused to turn on so I ended up actually capturing very few items, so I'm just going to have to get you to visualise the collection. Judy's SS16 collection was all about exploring femininity, with a mixture of chiffon and organza, all frayed around the edges, she's displaying how women are both delicate, but strong.

The collection started in all white, then eventually faded into bold bright colours and shiny metallics. The collection ranged from slouchy jumpers to beautiful night dresses, it was the perfect combination of ready to wear clothing with a hint of Wu's artistic talent, that gave it that extra something to make the collection special.

LFW DAY 1: EDELINE LEE & BORA AKSU

Edeline Lee
Edeline Lee's collection was inspired by artist Richard Diebenkorn, and the way he worked with colour and composition. Edeline's colour palette consisted of mint greens, lime yellows, and lots of white. All of which perfectly complimented each other. It was a very fruity and playful collection with panels of colour, for some reason it also reminded me of the opening sequence of saved by the bell, I think those coconut water and vodkas were probably just getting to my head. My absolute favourite piece of the collection was the mint green maxi dress, I loved the colour and the simple design it's definitely something I'd want in my wardrobe.

Vielma London SS16 Presentation

These past two days have been absolutely crazy, it has quite literally been nonstop! It's now 5:30am, and this is probably the only time I'm actually going to be able to sit down and blog until Wednesday, BUT I HAVE SO MUCH STUFF TO SHOW YOU!!

Anyway, I thought I'd start off the LFW posts with this beautiful collection from Vielma London. This collection was inspired by Vegas in the 50's, and the back drop was matching a retro motel room, it complimented the clothes very well. I am in love with the vegas vibe with a modern twist. Also if you can't tell, I LOVED THE SHOES, the shoes perfectly accompanied the clothes, you couldn't have asked for more really!

I NEED TO GO AND GET READY BUT I'LL SEE YA'LL ON THE FLIP SIDE!

STYLE INSPIRATION: INDIA ROSE

India Rose, a creative director, digital consultant and stylist from London, the founder of india-rose.co, and the owner of a flawless Instagram feed has recently captivated me with her style, and her entire aesthetic.

Her style is very urban but sophisticated  at the same time, when you look at her you feel like you're looking at a designers digital marketing campaign, her work is so professionally done, all the outfits are well thought out, along with the location and the camera positioning, everything just meshes together perfectly.

STYLE INSPIRATION: KYLIE JENNER

As much as you may hate hearing about the Jenner sisters, you have to admit, they're both killing it right now, I don't think I've seen either of them in a bad outfit! But, I have the biggest style crush on Kylie, she can literally pull off anything she wears. She has such a huge range of style, she can go from looking super grungy, to fancy and it just works.

Vogue Festival: Street Style

If you're following my Instagram, you'll know that I recently went to Vogue Festival, which was absolutely hectic! It was full of well dressed people and very long queues, so I decided I was just going to run around the venue finding my favourite looks.

There were so many people with killer outfits, it was incredibly hard to choose my favourite out of them all, and for me this year it was all about detail and little things that just completed the outfit, so I chose the looks I felt had the best detail, I hope you enjoy!

Meeting Josie Medd!

This has been a great weekend for me! I have recently become a writer for www.charmemag.co.uk, I attended vogue festival, and my favourite part, meeting up with Instagram girl Josie Medd! We organised to have a little photoshoot around Kensington, and then sit somewhere more quiet to have the interview, it was such a lovely day!

LFW: PPQ AW15

PPQ was one of my absolute favourite shows, it was such a classy show, the victorian style frills, the gothic black lace dresses, I absolutely loved it, it also had the hint of modernisation with the sheer material, it was a fabulous show! Here just a few of my favourite pieces.

LFW: Post-Burberry Street Style

For my final day of LFW, I headed to the Burberry show, unfortunately not because I was invited, but I wanted to catch a glimpse of LFW's best dressed, and maybe even a glimpse of some celebs! I was not disappointed either, I saw the likes of Naomi Campbell, Jourdan Dunn, and Paloma Faith! However, I also captured some of the best dressed from the Burberry show, and here they are.

LFW: Street Style

As London Fashion Week comes to an end for me, the blogging can begin!

This weekend has been absolutely hectic, I've barely had time to sit down and look at the pictures I've taken, but now I have finalised my favourite looks from this season, so without further-ado, here they are!

LFW: Bora Aksu AW15

I had the privilege to attend Bora Aksu's AW15 Collection catwalk show, to start off my week of LFW, and I have to say it was worth getting up early for! His collection saw a variations of spring and summer colours, pinks, golds, blues, embroidered with different types of lace and fabric, they were all very elegant garments.

Just as we thought the show was over, as the lights dimmed and the models left, the music changed and so did the atmosphere, as a collection of gothic black lace dresses were strut down the runway, they were absolutely beautiful, as was his entire collection.

Here are some of my favourite pieces!

Xander Zhou / London Collections: Men

Today I was lucky enough to be invited to go and see Xander Zhou's AW15 Mens Collection, and I have to say it was amazing, he is an incredible designer and I definitely have my eye on some of the clothes I've seen today!

The theme of his collection was wild west, he definitely lived up to the wild west style.
